ENROLMENT AND REGISTRATION

All students must complete the registration process to enroll in courses at Flight Studio. Tuition fees and payment schedules are outlined in the course descriptions and are subject to change without notice. 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your class enrollment. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a fair process for all participants. 

  1. Cancellation Requests

    • To cancel your enrolment, please send a cancellation request via email to info@flightstudio.ca

  2. Refund Eligibility

    • Missed Classes: Unfortunately, missed classes are not eligible for a refund or credit.

    • Attended 6-Week Sessions: Refunds will not be issued if any classes within a 6-week session period have been attended. 

    • Attended Full Term Sessions: For sessions longer than 6 weeks, a pro-rated refund can be granted if the cancellation request is made at least two weeks before the next billing date. A $25 administration fee will apply. 

  3. Full Session Cancellations

    • 30 Days Prior: If you cancel your enrollment at least 30 days before the class start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

    • Less Than 30 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the class start date will not be eligible for a refund, but we are happy to credit your account for future programming with no penalty. 

  4. Class Cancellations by Flight Studio

    • We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

    • We also reserve the right to cancel individual classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, health emergencies). In these instances, efforts will be made to reschedule the class, but if rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated refund for the canceled class will be provided. 

  5. Special Circumstances

    • Refunds or credits for cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation may be required.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants are expected to promote a respectful and positive learning environment. Any form of discrimination and harassment relating to a person’s age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, ethnic background, or level of experience is not permitted.  Any participant who feels subjected to harassment or discrimination during their time at the studio should bring the matter to the attention of Flight Studio. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Work created at the Studio remains the intellectual property of the respective Participants. Flight Studio reserves the right to use images of students and their work for promotional and educational purposes and with appropriate credit to the Participant.

RELEASE  

By signing the Registration Form, I, the Parent/Guardian consent the Participant’s involvement in the courses and activities offered at Flight Studio. Upon the Participant’s acceptance, I will complete the Waiver of Liability & Release Form. 

I understand and acknowledge that Flight Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur during the Participant’s participation in class or related activities.
