Jon-Erik Lappano

Imagining a World of Stories: A storytelling workshop for young writers

JUNIOR
Grades 3 - 7

Saturday, November 23, 2024
1:00 - 3:00pm (
120 minutes)

There are stories hidden everywhere in the world around us - and our job as storytellers is to use our imaginations to bring those stories to life. In this 2 hour session, students will learn to use their senses, powers of observation and most importantly — their imaginations  — to build the basics of a story, from setting, to characters, to the journey they embark on.

Next, our budding writers will have an opportunity to bring their imaginations to the page using words and illustrations.

Class Fee: $35 + HST
